Implementing AI without it staying a toy
AI only pays off when it's embedded in an existing task that recurs often. So pick the process first, then the model.
Find the repetitive task
Reading documents, summarising calls, classifying emails: tasks that recur daily and where quality can be measured. Those are the places where AI pays off immediately.
Build in the check
Have AI produce suggestions that a human approves. Log every suggestion and decision, so you can see whether quality is improving and adjust where it isn't.
Measure in hours and errors
Agree upfront on what success looks like: fewer minutes per case, fewer corrections, faster response time. Without a baseline, AI stays a matter of opinion.
Want to apply this in your own organisation?
We start with a baseline assessment: which decisions do you want to make better, and which numbers do you need for that?
